I'm Ryan. I've spent my career building consumer products where the true lever is trust: making a twelve-year loan understandable on one screen, sending a gift without spoiling the surprise, keeping promotion systems from contradicting themselves in front of 1.4M customers.
Now commerce is changing hands; agents will transact on our behalf. However, consumers aren't rushing to hand over their card - and merchants are reluctant to expose themselves to agentic liabilities. The bottleneck is trust.
Agents earn their place three ways: transparency, so you can see what a choice costs before it's made; virality, so every person an agent helps can bring the next; and consistency, so the system keeps its promises - to you, and to the merchants we conduct business with. That's the work I want to do.
